2. Enrollment & Fees
Course fees must be paid in full or through an approved installment plan before the cohort start date unless otherwise communicated in writing. Enrollment is considered confirmed only after successful payment, document verification where required, and seat availability confirmation. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to live classes, recordings, study materials, certificates, assessments, or student portals if payments remain overdue. Any promotional pricing, scholarships, or discounts are subject to eligibility criteria and may be withdrawn if terms are violated. All fees are subject to applicable taxes, processing charges, and government levies.
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, code snippets, presentations, assignments, templates, branding assets, logos, study notes, downloadable files, and curriculum documents, are the intellectual property of CareerCourse Academy unless otherwise stated. These resources are provided solely for personal educational use by enrolled students. Students may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, resell, or share any content with unauthorized individuals or on public platforms without prior written permission. Any misuse of intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.
4. Refund Policy
Students may be eligible for a refund based on the refund policy applicable at the time of enrollment and any specific promotional terms. Unless otherwise stated, a 100% refund may be requested within the first 7 days of the cohort start date, provided course access has not been significantly used and attendance requirements do not exceed allowed limits. After the eligible refund period, no refunds will generally be issued. Refund requests must be submitted through official support channels with relevant payment details. Processing timelines may vary depending on payment gateway, banking procedures, and verification requirements.
5. Placement Assistance
Our Job Assistance program is designed to support students through resume reviews, portfolio guidance, mock interviews, career counseling, networking opportunities, and job referrals where available. While we aim to improve employment readiness and opportunities, CareerLaunch Academy does not guarantee interviews, job placement, specific salary packages, or employment outcomes. Final hiring decisions are made solely by employers. Student success depends on attendance, project quality, communication skills, technical performance, prior experience, location preferences, and current market demand.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior, attend sessions regularly, participate actively, complete assignments honestly, and use learning resources responsibly. Any misuse of the platform, harassment, abusive language, cheating, plagiarism, sharing paid content, or disruptive conduct toward trainers or peers may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of access without refund depending on the seriousness of the violation. Students are also responsible for maintaining reliable internet access and compatible devices for online learning.
7. Account Security
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts. Sharing account access with friends, colleagues, or third parties is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized. Users should create strong passwords and update them regularly for security purposes. CareerCourse Academy is not liable for losses, unauthorized actions, or data exposure resulting from negligence in protecting account details or from using unsecured devices or networks.
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify course schedules, trainers, curriculum, learning tools, pricing, certifications, platform features, or service structures whenever necessary to improve quality or address operational requirements. In some cases, sessions may be rescheduled or replaced with recorded content due to unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify enrolled students in advance of major changes. Continued participation after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated service structure.
9. Limitation of Liability
CareerCourse Academy shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including technical interruptions, server downtime, internet failures, delays, data loss, or unmet expectations regarding career outcomes. While we strive to provide uninterrupted and high-quality services, no platform can guarantee complete error-free operation at all times. Our total liability, where legally applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid by the student for the relevant course or service.
